Interactive Demo
What is an IFC File?
IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) is the open standard for BIM data exchange. This demo loads multiple IFC models (Architecture, Structure, Electrical, HVAC) from the NBU Medical Clinic project. Orbit with left mouse, pan with right mouse, zoom with scroll wheel.
Viewer Features
Multi-Model Support
Load multiple IFC files simultaneously. Federate Architecture, Structure, MEP, and other disciplines in one view. Navigate the combined model tree to explore all disciplines.
Model Tree
Browse the spatial structure: Project, Site, Building, Storey, and all elements. Click to select, use eye icon to hide, filter icon to isolate.
Properties Panel
Select any element to view its attributes, PropertySets (Psets), quantities (Qto), and materials. Search and export to Excel.
Filter & Search
